Remote FAQs

  • You can find instructions to pair your power base in your owner's manual or here.

  • Our remotes are compatible with all current Ease® and TEMPUR-Ergo® Bases. For older power base models, please call 800-821-6621 to order.

  • For Twin, Twin XL, Full/Double, Queen, and King size power bases, you cannot pair two separate remotes with the one power base. If you purchase a Split King or Split California King power base, your base will come with two separate remotes as each side can function individually.

  • Press and hold the HEAD UP and HEAD DOWN buttons together for

    approximately six seconds. The remote backlight will flash twice. When the

    backlight light goes away, the remote will be in Child Lock. Pressing any

    buttons while in Child Lock will yield no movement to your adjustable base.

    To turn off Child Lock, you will do the same process again. When the

    backlight light goes away, the remote is no longer in Child Lock and will

    move normally.
